GEO communications satellite · DTH program

Lenders' technical & strategic advisor

Technical diligence on a national communications satellite serving direct-to-home broadcast across a regional market. Subsequently retained by the export credit lender as a board observer to support monitoring of the borrower.

National broadband satellite program

Satellite technical consultant

Authored the final business case, led conceptual system design and capital budgeting, and ran procurement for a sovereign broadband satellite. Co-authored the cooperation agreement under international PPP regulations, then served as independent consultant with a duty of care to the public stakeholder through launch.

Multi-billion-dollar LEO constellation

Lenders' technical advisor

Lenders' technical advisor to a syndicate of export credit banks and government lenders on the financing of a next-generation broadband constellation. Worked with the operator and manufacturers to optimize design, retire technical risk, and enforce schedule discipline, and continue to approve lender disbursements as the build proceeds.

Partnered with Antarctica Capital to acquire the company, secure constellation funding, and oversee management against the business plan, supporting an enterprise-grade change-detection constellation.

Endurance Acquisition Corp. → SatixFy

Investor · executive management · board

Raised $200M in an IPO for a blank-check company and completed a business combination with SatixFy Communications, a fabless semiconductor company developing specialized chips for high-throughput communications.

Invested directly in a geospatial-analytics company spun out of Los Alamos National Laboratory, and took on CEO and President/COO roles to drive growth and profitability across mining, commodities, and government applications.
